Known for his portraits of celebrities, artists, activists, theatrical / dance performers and more, they perfectly capture the sitter in an attractive timeless quality. This wonderful portrait depicts Tom Wesselmann with still life #60 in 1974 as seen titled low left. Signed low right, this photograph is number 2 from the edition of only 25 and is signed again verso. Unframed, this full work measures 14 x 11 inches while the photograph measures 10 x 7.5 inches. The condition is excellent but shows feint unknown discoloration and some adhesive low right margin only (original from the studio) which can only be seen in extreme glare.
