Available now is this fantastic photorealistic oil painting still life entitled “Lemons in Tissue” by the Louisiana artist Joseph Poche. Executed in oil on board this work shows a grouping of 6 lemons wrapped in pink and green tissue paper on top of a wood table against a black background. Portrayed in an almost theatrical manner this still life is of superb quality and was purchased in 2012 for $800 USD as seen on the label verso. Signed in the lower left corner this painting is in overall good condition but does show some minor frame rubbing. The painting measures 16 1/4 x 8 inches while the original wood frame (in great condition) measures 18 1/2 x 10 1/2 inches.
