Up for sale is a truly outstanding original large watercolor titled "Typical Restaurant at Arequipa, Peru". Measuring an astounding 39.75 x 27.5 inches the overall condition and quality is just superb. The work is singed in the lower right corner but unfortunately is illegible because it was clearly painted by a very talented hand. The provenance is unknown as it was purchased from the collection of a deceased individual with no paperwork. It had been previously framed to museum standard which would have cost over $500; clearly the painting was worth that level of protection.
